Free Wheelchair Use
Wheelchairs are available to our shoppers and can be reserved in advance. A photo I.D. or $20 deposit is required. There is no charge for the wheelchair.
Strollers
Strollers are available for rent for $2.00. A photo I.D., $20 deposit or other form of identification is also required. Now you can join the Northgate Stroller Club. Rent ten strollers and get one rental FREE!!

Mall Information
A variety of Mall information can be accessed from Guest Services, including local transportation, tourist information, mall employment opportunities and special events at the mall.
NORTHGATE SECURITY SERVICES
Shopper Assistance Security Officers are available to assist our guests with a number of services, including directions and escorts to vehicles. Security will provide transportation for a guest, including purchases, to anywhere on the property. Security can also assist in roadside services by providing vehicle jump starts. The security staff is certified in First Aid, CPR and AED (Automatic Electronic Defibulator) for your safety and can assist in an emergency until emergency services arrives. Lost and Found
Any item lost in a store will be retained by that store and listed as lost and found. Any items lost in the common areas will be turned in to the security office. Security will also assist in locating any lost item which is not in the Security office. In this case, Security can be reached at (415) 472-2744.
